"Large, busy primarily pizza chain in the Chicago area. Ordered thin crust pizza from them from multiple locations many times but they are also well known for their deep dish pizza. Consistent good quality though not the favorite pizza I have ever had. Highest end prices for pizza, often cost me around $30 for a large pick-up pizza. Many, many pizza joints to choose from but Malnati's is pretty good. Pizza prices range from $6 apiece with always available coupons at Domino's (not as good but ok for the money) to Malnati's prices. Both pick-up and delivery times can be fairly long at popular times but Malnati's gives you a pick-up time that is usually pretty accurate. Worth a try."

"They have really good food but I don’t think they value returning/loyal customers as much we’ve been going to them since they opened the first day and they wouldn’t even give a small cup of sauce with the order. even when I told them they used to give it for free for us day 1. It’s a small cup of sauce jheeez we’ve been ordering food from them once a week easily. But food is good just don’t expect A+ customer service.Edit 03/09/2023I’ve attached a picture of their chicken 65 pizza. We asked for half of that and half cheese. They put one piece of chicken 65 on each slice. Just one. And their Philly cheese steak had almost 90% mushroom and 10% steak. I understand with prices rising stuff happens, but the price of the food items has also increased so I’m not sure why the price is up but the amount of chicken/ steak has gone down completely. Really disappointed because we’ve been customers from day 1."

"Have been to the one at Oakbrook, but this time went to the one in Northbrook and it was very nice. Food was really good as was the service.. bowling was lots of fun, but some balls need to be replaced. Had a few that had gouges in them so didn't roll to good. "You need to focus on the little things such as customer requests and paid for sauces. I paid for a marinara, 2 ranch, and 1 garlic sauce. When picking up, we asked if all the dips were in the bag, which she had to then add. But she added 4 ranch, which was NOT what I ordered. The sauces are an ongoing issue for us. If they are a paid item, instead of free, they need to be in the bag!"
