"Eating has always been great here, but during my last visit I had an unpleasant experience after I got my neck and realized that these people have now decided to calculate 6% for credit card usage, to control 8% (if then tax rate in fl is 7 and an automatic 18% size on a simple lunch service. this type of fee applies in the rule for large parties. I think these people are trying to inflate the bill to not see customers. Finally, most patrons do not carefully check their review, much less even know how to calculate percentage. I complained to the personal, pointed out that the typical credit card fee between 2-3, % and this fee should be part of their already high prices as convenient for customers in the position to pay with credit card. the other question is that they do not have a notification somewhere in the menu or published on the spatialities in which they charge a fee on card transactions so that an informed customer can decide to pay the fee or otherwise dinate. they tried to play the problem and explain that it was something that had been implemented recently. their answer to the automatic 18% was that it is standard in many restaurants in miami. I was able to change the review, although they still control me an extra 1% only because, but I take the time to write this review so that other customers are not exploited."

"Went for lunch, no one was at the cashier station, we waited for 5 minutes, we heard people having a pretty heated discussion at back, we said hello, a gentleman with a chef jacket and an apron approached the cashier station and on an angry manner told us, to wait outside because he was fixing an issue with an employee, that we had to wait 5 minutes. We left. No customer service."

"I had researched the menu and prices before hand so I knew how much I’d be paying and what I would be ordering. However they gave us a Valentine’s Day special menu with the option of only 3 entrees and no prices on it at all. They did not give us the option at all to order anything not on that menu. I was surprised I was able to get 2 glasses of wine and of course It was extra over the 140 flat Valentine’s Day special. The portion sizes were so small my bf and I needed to get a second sushi plate and we still were not full. This restaurant was not at all what I was expecting. And for the price I paid I could’ve gone to a dollar sign restaurant in brickell. Highly disappointed and never going back"

"They just opened this new location and WOW. I had ordered Sushi Runner before for delivery, but this week I dined in and wow! Prices are too good to be true. Super fresh and big portion. Free sauces and refill. Service was super fast and good. When you dine in you can have 2x3 in any rolls or appetizers or choose a 20% on the entire order. This place is a keeper!"
