"Picked up order, product was made wrong and cold. Corporate said the would give me 2 replacement meals on my loyalty card. They didn't. So basically I got the wrong food cold and no one from Qdoba actually cares. I realize that mistakes happen but the food should be going thru temp checks throughout the day."

"Very Slow service. It’s been like this for some time. They can’t figure out how to manage online plus in store orders. It took over 30 mins to even get to the front with maybe 7-8 people in front. Slowest service of any chipotle that I’ve been to. If you come, you should go during off peak hours like 2-4pm"
