"This restaurant is located in Playa El Cortecito and specializes in seafood and fish. I loved this place, in the front line of the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea full of Dominican flags, and a multitude of sun loungers and armchairs, distributed by the sand of the beach next to a bar-chiringuito where you could spend the afternoon after a good meal. The decoration is beach chiringuit style, but it was super well assembled: Two huge wooden structures that were the eaters; they also had a souvenir shop, a pond with lobsters... The service was great and very friendly. The waitress explained to us that the owner of the local is Spanish (of the Balearic Islands), so he has assembled this restaurant in the ibicenco style, relax. To show, we had a lid while waiting for the food to bring us some tortilla chips and tomato bread. The menu has a variety of dishes: rice, paellas, noodles, roasted fish, seafood, meats, as well as other specialties on request. It is the typical place where you should order a mariscada with a good lobster (large page). They serve everything on the plate and it was very good. The price seemed to me a small carillo for the Dominican Republic: 43,50€ per person only the grill (bebida, desserts and so on), but it is really worth paying tribute on this site and then staying to rest the empacho in its comfortable sun loungers. Ah! A tip: to pay with Visa as they will charge you in Dominican pesos and the change is much more favorable in Spain; in the end we pay a total of 71€ (and only the grill for 2 people theoretically cost us 87€, according to the price indicated in the letter)."
