"We have used this Subway several times. This review is about the service. Sometimes we 've had great service, at the beginning of this month we had terrible service. I placed my order through the app. It was a super busy day with leaving on a trip the next day. I showed up for my order and the teenage boy stood there and said, we are out of bread. I asked him why he didn 't call me to let me know that (I could have gone to a different Subway). He said, I don 't have a phone. I asked how I 'd get my money back for paying already through the app. He picked up his cellphone and called his manager to refund it. I left feeling overwhelmed with another problem to worry about. I understand shortages. I don 't understand poor communication. He could have called me. I had wasted time."

"They weren't busy, but it took five minutes to check in. We were seated and it took nine minutes before our server came. Other servers walked right past, several times. We had to ask for a server. Once the server arrived, she was very good. Food took less than ten minutes to arrive. She checked back, asked how we were doing, all good. I don't go here very often and last time I did was about the same service. Good wings. Mediocre intake and seating. Fun atmosphere when food comes."
