"Great team. A little more waiting time than previously stated, but this was simply due to the current order situation. (It was weekend and evening) They immediately apologised and additionally gave a few homemade sauces as a small compensation. Absolutely reasonable and recommended."

Tagesgericht Fisch war nicht gebraten sondern kam aus der Fritteuse, die Bratkartoffeln trieften vor Fett und die Remoulade kam aus dein Eimer. Die Pizza kam aus dem Tiefkühlfach. Geht gar nicht. "It seems very common that most Italian restaurants use the same masterprint on their menus because they are all too interchangeable with the same pasta, pizza and antipasti arsenal. The hotel is located directly on the Trave in Travemünde, but in September 2018, Casa Grande had given me the hope of enjoying Mediterranean cuisine in a variety of forms, only in a view of the seasonal map of the recommendations of the house. The restaurant, which extends over several levels of its own modern villa, can be called a giant compared to many rather small Trattoria. The full glazing leads to a beautiful natural illumination on the day. On the ground floor there is also a free seat. The restaurant is furnished with modern furniture and numerous wine bottle shelves are beautifully decorated. A “original Italian” flair may seem less likely to come for which the hip-hop music in the background did not exactly contribute, but it is easy to eat here anyway. The regular menu is based, of course, on the famous and usual Italian offer in Germany. But as mentioned, the special card of the House's recommendation was an interesting addition to me. I wanted to try the scallops on Red Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam. Climbing on Red-Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam The shells were very small specimens. Also in retail you get more powerful TK goods. In their preparation, however with beautiful roasted aromas and still glazed core, nothing was great to mecker. The truffle foam was probably made with truffle oil. Although it actually corresponded to a foam from its consistency, it had a clearly perceptible truffle aroma lacked for my taste. Also at Red Bete Carpaccio I would have tasted a somewhat more intense typical earthy taste of this vegetables. For this purpose, a Ziabatta was sufficient, which was already very strong and slightly dry. €14.9 are a home number for such an appetizer and must also be justified in view of the very clear portion size with really high product quality and taste. That wasn't exactly the case in my eyes. The staff of the service worked professionally, although something removed for my feeling. A little more cordiality and openness, as the Italians actually know, would have been desirable. In my eyes, Casa Grande does not really differ qualitatively from the standard Italians mentioned at the outset. Especially the location and ambience appear to be added at the prices."
