"The second visit to this store. Good coffee and donuts. This place is one of the few in the field that takes orders through the Dunkin’ app. I wonder why so many aren't. Well, the ordering process was seamless and I just had to wait a few minutes to get my finished order. Pumpkin donuts are amazing. Two reviews: 1. Store was from Pumpkin Minis (Bummer) but this is not really a review, I accept. 2. Please have employees regularly clean the surfaces in the ordering area. These surfaces looked pretty... used today. With all the hype to be clean, it is important to keep that at a high level. Otherwise, great place!"

"This painting by waipahu depot st. is in the restaurant along with many historical photos of the sugar mill era. go to rocky’s if they want a beautiful, nostalgic 50’s-60’s coffee shop experience. the staff is great and eating is good, eating coffee shop. check the special menu within the casser alkove to expand their choices via the usual coffee shop tariff. as soon as they are embedded in one of their stands, lovingly supervised by the employees, they do not want to hurry back to today's day."

"Great staff, good coffee, big space. Kinda Sucks most all the StarBucks are limiting seating. No more sofa chairs, temoving tables; closing off table space, now can 't even plug-in at mostof them. They will blame homeless, but they could make rules to favor actual customers instead of shutting it all down. Ever since covid they are slowly ending seating capacity (probably in the nane of health safety as always). Even outdoor seating has been removed! WTF. Its like now that they have market share, they did a calculus and can afford to lose those customers. Well there is still Bean Leaf l, Dunkin Doughnuts, Down to Earth, etc..."

"Saw huge fly in their pastry display. They don't even try to catch or chase it away!...eeeewwww....Order Green tea blended no syrup with whipped cream. Walked out realized no whipped cream so I returned. Batista just took my cup put whipped cream after checking my receipt. No apology what so ever! Went home. I noticed it had loaded syrup. Tried to put more ice and try to make less sweeter but just couldn't save it. Went back to get it redone. They remade it no apology. BTW, no refill for my iced tea since I left the place and came back. Oh...if I stayed and wasted the seat and their electricity they let you get refill but customers who had to come back from home cause barista made mistake get no refill on plain ice tea! Worst Starbuck ever."
