"We went here for a family birthday on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was great, a perfectly cosy Mediterranean restaurant. The staff were great. Friendly and welcoming. The food was very good. Price: most starters were £7-£10. Mains £11-14. (There were one or two items, such as lobster that were £30+ There was a set meal for around £22, but only available Mon-Thurs. As we had 10 people in our group, a deposit of £10/person was required. Which is reasonable, but worth noting. There was a slight mixup with one of our mains, but this was sorted quickly and without any fuss. As we were a large party, this doesn't seem like a huge issue. I will definitely visit again. Recommended. "Myself and a few friends made the trip here straight after work, My favourite dish is the Chicken Mhakani but I have a peanut and almond allergy so I asked for no almonds to which the waiter said that's fine but when they went and asked the Chef he said he couldn't do it. I refused to order anything else as Zaffran and many other Indian Takeaways/Restaurants around the area have always served me the same dish with no problems at all when I've mentioned my allergy. I sat and watched my friends eat their food and left."
