"Great view , Great food, not expensive, good portions ; me and boyfriend went there 2 times, and were super happy! Must try : goat cheese salad, humus (enormous , lamb tajine (long to cook but worth the wait! , the chicken kebab plate ! Delicious!! Amazing cocktails on sunset"

"We were the only guests at this relatively late hour and got all the views and potentially all the attention of the fantastic staff at Macondo. We had Roberto's rabbit in garlic sauce, super authentic mojo (in most places it's served from a jar, but here it's homemade and extra delicious) and tuna steaks. Everything tasted great. Since the place doesn't take bank cards (take note) we barely had enough cash for a proper meal. To our surprise, we were kindly offered a little credit which means we'll have a good excuse to return to Macando. P.S. the parking situation can be a bit tricky there, so drop your ride as soon as you see a spot, you'll be rewarded for a little extra walk with a fantastic view of the valley."

"The waiter was quite unfriendly and pushy and did not allow us to sit where we wanted. the house wine was of very low quality, so we had to buy a bottle. that was eating old. the traditional suppe had no taste, no pep, no. the huh was not long enough in many, although we waited a few minutes for it. no character, no taste. the only really good was pan y mojo. on the way out we picked up a piece of cake to eat at home. it costs €, which is just terrible. that is of course a tourist price. avoid this place when they can."

"We had a delicious meal at Gondola II, salads were stunning and my husband’s spicy tuna was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful and when we asked for a taxi for 6 people (inc 2 kids) as we were running late for the ferry back to Playa Santiago, the owner went and got his people carrier and took us himself as it would take too long to get 2 taxis-he refused to take any payment. We were blown away by the food, service and kindness of the owner and the staff. The owner has another restaurant in Valle Gran Rey and another in Tenerife, which we will be keen to try when we return!"
