"The inventor of modern sushi is believed to be Hanaya Yohei, who invented nigiri-zushi, a type of sushi most known today, in which seafood is placed on hand-pressed vinegared rice, around 1824 in the Edo period (1603–1867). It was the fast food of the chōnin class in the Edo period, Sushi is traditionally Jade with medium-grain white rice, though it can be prepared with brown rice or short-grain rice. It is very often prepared with seafood, such as squid, eel, yellowtail, salmon, tuna or imitation crab meat. Many types of sushi are vegetarian. It is often served with pickled ginger (gari), wasabi, and soy sauce. Daikon radish or pickled daikon (takuan) are popular garnishes for the dish.! This place is very good ! Un peu dispendieux cependant mais c`est un resto apoortez votre vin, donc compense un peu. belle ambiance et personnel sympathique. dommage que ce resto soit plus souvent fermé qu`ouvert...vous pouvez compter dessus uniquement en weekend!!! fermé les lundis, mardi et mercredi...dommage pour ceux qui travaillent autour et qui aimeraient y aller pour diner!"

"This is my favourite and the best Sushi restaurant and takeaway in the area. I have tried all the others and none of them can match the high quality of Ni Yama. The restaurant is very small, so most of the regular clientele use the...takeaway service. I have tried about 30 per cent of the huge menu and all have been excellent. If you like good sushi this is the place to come to."

"Do NOT ever leave the window without inspecting your bag. The manager does not hesitate to tell you it is your fault for not leaving before YOU inspect your bag to make sure that YOU paid for. They make an enormous amount of errors. Not the morning staff. They are excellent. The manager is extremely rude. I could say a lot more but will leave it like this. I know many people that have complained to McDonald's Canada about them."
