"I wanted to try this place because the reviews were good and we were not disappointed. they do not take any reservations so that we just showed up after 5:35 on Thursday the last table for 3 by the window. the building is insulting, but don't be so stupid. our meal was fantastic. dine in the deep, with fresh ingredients and balanced aromas and textures. amazing creations with rose yellow, elderberry kiwi. mostly local ingredients there was only one person serving/hosting, but she was so friendly and a total dynamo, so they do not expect to have a quick meal here as the point is to relax, enjoy the moment and enjoy each bite. presenration was simple, but elegant, and every dish was so incredibly satisfied in every sense. we have eaten in large restaurants in france and québec; and le Saint-Honoré is high up there without anticipation, only by doing what they love, with the best ingrédients that they can combine with the classic with new nuances!"
