"Went through drivethrough. Speaker at box didn't seem to be listening and my partner had to repeat himself a few times. But the food made up for this, it was brilliant best kfc I've had in a while."

"Stood in front of the counter as many child workers passed and stared at us but did not take pur order. No one was taking orders. Probably they need at least one adult on site to be in charge to run more efficiently. After asking several teens who came past the till for service finally one girl reluctantly served us making it clear it wasn't her job. Of course once we were away with our take away there were no required spoons or serviettes in the bag and burger was not as advertised. Why did I give this two stars? Probably because I never expect much from a KFC. Many are like this. I'm changing it to 1 star"

"Many vegan options on the menu that was brilliant to see. we tried the strawberry milkshake that was yam and looked great. my burger (tofu) was disappointing the bungalow (because all vegan rolls are also gluten-free) was unusable. I only ate the filling that was a little clear. my partner enjoyed his burger and his bungalow was not as rough, although still dry as it was gluten-free. please add a gluten bread option for those of us who actually like bread and can eat it!"
