"This was a really frustrating and disappointing visit. I walked in to order breakfast on way to training at the hospital. I got in the machine was playing up. I finally ordered and got my meal as I was on my way to training I tasted my coffee frappe with had caramel I didn’t request and also a burnt taste. There was a missing hush brown the one that was there was cold and dry. The breaky burger was dry and cold and the pancakes were like warm with no syrup. I had no time to go back so my sister stopped into shop on way to get syrup. And then when I called they were uninterested in my feedback. Very disappointed I spend almost $40 for that. I dont often get takeaway and this was very upsetting."

"High tea experience is a good value for money. the personal took care of us very well this morning. the occasion was a birthday of a friend for whom they brought about some surprise chocolates and birthday news, I was very happy and grateful that a good customer service still exists in the hospitality. it is a nice and quiet place for coffee and catch up with friends, royal pines is still a busy place, but no one bothered us or got in our way. Many thanks to the workers I think their names were tatiana, monica and chloe on this morning, when I next good business about the road went at coles after and mentioning that where I would have been the scout again!"
