Nous avons depuis l'arrivée, jusqu'au départ, reçu un accueil et service de qualité. Qui peut me dire dans un établissement de ce standing, être reçu et servi par la patronne, qui forme son personnel, qui rie avec les clients, qui porte les plateaux de service et j'en passe, doit me donner l'adresse. Une patronne qui ne fait pas que prendre les commandes et donner des ordres . Nous lui disons merci Madame et courage!Puis en cuisine, lorsque vous passez la porte vous apercevez le chef, alors nous lui disons" vous remercierez vos équipes!" Puis il répond, "bien merci vous venez de le faire car je suis tout seul". Alors je précise que le chef officie sur tous les postes, entrée, chaud, pâtisserie, plonge. On lui dit bravo l'artiste et quelle organisation. Nous voici repartis avec une grande leçon de courage . Alors quand nous lisons le jugement des gens, manque de savoir vivre et d'éducation , nous sommes choqués. Un établissement où vous en avez pour votre argent, où la cuisine est une explosion de saveur avec une maîtrise à en faire taire plus d'un . Nous pouvons que donnez un avis positif et dire Merci à de grands professionnels chef d'entreprise et créateur de bonheur. Le menu truffe est leur spécialité alors bon appétit à tous !"
