"I was now the second time for a weekend, for two nights with breakfast here at Hotel Schloss Sindlingen. The hostess, Ms. Pape, was kind to me on the first impression and also showed an open ear for a short chat, they lead the daughter and her mother the operation, a hotel, horse farm, riding stable with riding school. I would like to share with you my experiences, which are naturally based on the truth. My first stay was very satisfactory, breakfast is very manageable and the coffee (probably filter coffee) is too strong for my taste and only moderate quality. The rooms are relatively well maintained for the age and for the very large and very old building, but not clean (spinning nets are visible everywhere and the windows are stretched and dense, even the very old radiators are probably shut off from them on a few nights, so the heating is only moderate to slightly warm, these are austerity measures that are carried out on my and other guests and is not just a No Go! There are a large number of construction sites, holes in the walls and numerous renovation works throughout the house from the ground floor over the staircase and the guest rooms do not show the pictures on the internet. To my actual criticism in a negative view: I couldn't pay my room money today and not with my EC card. Why not? Reasons I told her this courtesy and asked for the payment of the bill (three and seventy euros) with my credit card. She then said cheeky and three times to me: “You have an EC card” She did not look at me, but stared at my wallet and Portmonee in this statement, which I felt extremely incessant, respectful and embarrassing. The tip of the iceberg still comes: I had to justify myself in front of her and tell her, although I did not want to tell her that my bank card was currently covered by my Depo credit frame. Simply put, she doesn't mind if I wanted to pay with my EC card or credit card. Your rejection and non-acceptance of credit card payment is legitimate and ok, only it must make this recognizable and visible (clearly presented) and inform the guest in writing before arrival and already in the reservation confirmation. "The Hofschuir is one of my absolutely favorite restaurants. It is almost like a Aussiedlerhof between the villages Bondorf and Seebronn. The ambience is lovingly rustic, but not dusty or cheesy. Decoration and decor means a juicy, timeless modern wind. To express it less quickly: young and old feel absolutely comfortable, both in the rustic Hofschuir itself, as well as in the outdoor area or beer garden. The map is clear but varied. There are Swabian rustic, sometimes groundy, sometimes with modern whip, but always of best quality. The products are purchased or produced exclusively in the region. Also homemade cakes and cakes are in the program and every morning fresh own peasant bread is baked in the Hofschuir! I don't exaggerate, this bread is fantastic and should make some bakers envious. That's why I usually order the Bondorfer Sausage Salat with only the big bread or the lush vasper plate. But we also enjoyed wild or tasty dishes there and after that the plates tasted clean. The Hofschuir is very well visited all year round, so it has often happened that we don't get any space. It is worth a reservation in advance. The services are on Zack and always have a little fun. For me a piece of culinary homeland!"
