"We visited on Friday afternoon 24/7 after viewing a property we hopefully want to buy in the village. What a delightful addition to the beautiful village. I think we arrived quite close to closing time but we were made to feel so welcome regardless. Our French language is limited at the moment as was the hosts English, but not a problem we all managed just fine with plenty of smiles and laughs all round. The food was plentiful, all home cooked and delicious. We had salad with cured meats to start and duck for the main all served with baskets of fresh bread, we were so full we didn’t have room for a dessert or coffee!! just what we needed before our journey back to the uk. The location is simply gorgeous, so glad we stopped and look forward to seeing you again soon, hopefully next time we will be walking from our new home so will be able to enjoy more of the lovely wine next time!!"

"A catastrophic organization for the lunch restaurant. Their new computer system made us wait 45min, eventually more burger, so change on the map. The waiter tried what he could, but the kitchen didn't want to understand and so wait a long time, and so served after many people arriving after us. The waiter always offered the coffee. The dishes, fortunately, were good."

Don't come if you're pish-posh...just let this place stay simple and sincere like it is. Three courses with wine & coffee for 13 euros! And seriously--THE VIEW! Open most weekdays for lunch and weeknights by reservation for groups. Find it. And be cool....this meal will take a bit of time."
