"When ordering I asked for option 3 shown on there own website... clearly states ANY 10”pizza. I asked for meat feast only to be told this isn’t included in the offer! Wen I questioned this I was met with terrible attitude and hung up on twice... go somewhere else that values it’s cust and offered at the very least a half decent service (not euro pizza)"

"Disgusted by the price and quality. Paid for half pounders with cheese. These were also meant to come with chips which they didn't give us. I asked for one burger with salad and one without. When we recieved them, both burgers had lettuce...on. I asked for salad not just lettuce. Salad to me means lettuce, onion and tomato. The burgers themselves were swimming in grease and the cheese tasted like plastic. The bun was really soggy. Both me and my hubby had to bin them as the grease was over powering. Absolutely gutted. I will never use these again and I recommend that everyone else does the same. They didn't just get the full order wrong, they couldn't even cook it properly. They should be closed down"

"Ive neen going to.Frydays for thrir fish since they opened. I cant comment on other items from the massive menu as im more than happy with their fish chips. They're always coolef fresh to order and served steaming snd crispy. My only complaint, if it is a complaint at all, is that their jumbo cod is too big! It seems to be cooked for too long, resulting in a huge dry piece of cod coated in overcooked batter. Ive mentioned it a few times and persisted. But they never msnaged to get it quite rigjt for me I know such large fillets can be cooked to perfection because I often eat them when I pass a rival shop 100 miles away but my simple answer for Frydays is to order the next size down and enjoy the perfection!!"

"It is 00.20 a.m. food ordered over 3 hours ago… rang the takeaway up over an hour ago at 11.10 pm , who said it was with out the driver. No sign and they are no longer answering their phone. Last time I order from here after this."

"Chicken was disgusting. It smelled rotten and tasted off. Took it back and got refund but had to argue to get it as the guys who worked there all had a smell of it and claimed it smelled OK to them! It was like a comedy scene. My wife stood retching while the blokes who work there said it 's fresh out the fridge mate . Hmm. Must be a broken fridge then."
