"Even in times of Corona-Pandemie and Lock-Down there was much in the main street axis of the Lübeck old town. In February 2021, the local sons of Hamburg, who, of course, were born in this great Hanseatic city in the neighborhood, used an empty property of a small bakery to open a branch in the real queen of the Hanse. The great second lock was overcome by delivery and picking offers, so fortunately it is possible for me to try this newbie on the ground for the first time. The large, floor-covering windows of the façade offer a view of the small interior, which takes up half of the counter area held in black tile optics. The windows welcome the guest, especially with the guide of the restaurant founders, otherwise the outside view is not a big eye-catcher. To a handful of table and seat parts on the walkway there are 3 tables in the small interior, where you can comfortably accommodate upholstery integrated into the window benches. These are, however, not only vegetarian oriented, but also available with meat and fish additives and thus offer a variety of possibilities. Also various interpretations of the well-known ramen, as well as, for the snack on hand, put bagels on the menu. For the latter, there has been a contact point at the Obertrave in Lübeck for some time, which at that time could not convince me completely “Nui Ramenbar”. Therefore, my interest in this first visit by the Hamburger sons was precisely this court and the hope of experiencing a deeper taste here. Specifically, my choice fell to the Omnivore variant with the noodle soup made of Miso and chicken broth, which should be added after the map egg, chicken, as well as sprouts as insert and cost 8.9€. Sons of the Hamburger Miso-Nudel: Noodle soup, Miso, chicken broth, egg, sprouts, chickens, also maize, spring onions, carrot ramps, edamam and sesame. The part that served after 15 minutes was the same as the price. It was already visually a small difference to the ram soup I had already cost in Lübeck, because it was almost a pasta dish with a little more liquid than a soup with inlay from the ratio of liquid to solid components. From the temperature it was still pleasantly warm without evaporating hot, which was not so restless at the prevailing temperatures. Of course, the most important thing of taste was the basis of every knight's bowl: the broth. I had to tap the rather wide bowl a lot to get a spoon without use. But the more prosperous, because the soup, which is slightly cloudy here, I liked more saltiness and cordiality than I remember from the nui. They could not complain about the thinner noodles and about the freshness and crispness of the Veggies. Well, the chicken strips then reminded very suspiciously of the packaged refrigerated shelf product in the opposite supermarket, but it was probably not possible to expect it differently from the price. But at least they were returned with some roasted notes in the pan. A ramen soup for the priority to be discarded, and above all the deep greenness of the taste I want, is also found here in the “Söhnen Hamburgs”. But if I see the court as a whole, there is no bad impression. The broth had still taste and the further additions were well chosen, as they secured both the scratches of corn, edamam, sprouts, smoothness noodles as well as the hearty chicken and nutty crispy sesame. The required price is therefore really appropriate for me and has been paid by me. My personal conclusion after this first test at the Hamburger Becken and Salat Ambassador is as follows: The facility and the service invite you, but rather for a short stay in between. Of course, the food supply follows a trend that is currently widespread, but has a rarer dish with the ramen. This is definitely not the fulfillment for purists and traditionalists, but is not a bad figure overall and is especially inexpensive."
