"Shige's Saimin Stand is a great little gem of Wahiawa. I stopped there to eat while taking a little ride. It's been years since I been there. I ordered their fried saimin with a hamburger (my favorite). It was so good, just like I remembered and the staff was friendly and the service was great. Nothing important has changed, and that's a great thing. "If I could rate this dish a zero I would have. My husband picked up two plates, one for my son and I. Both plates had rotting avocados on the salad. The enchilada was overly soggy as if it was old. I just ate most of the beans and my son ate all of his rice. We threw out the rest. Definitely not worth $40+ with tip!"
