"Been shopping at this place for over 20+yrs. Its my favorite place to buy fish or get their freshly made Calamaris, sea bass, ohhhh and their mussels with the tomato sauce to die for : .. All their meals made on the spot are very reasonably priced."

"West Island noodles is famous for its hand drawn noodles. we ordered online via their website and eating is always on time. eating is really fresh, tasty and the broth is easy, not too heavy. we always couple the noodles with chili oil, which adds a quantity of umami without being too sharp. a great little spot on the west island!"

"I went there for lunch.The place was almost full. There was a lot of thing on the menu that look delicious. I would say that the originality and the quality of the food is above average. The plate i took was very good and a good portion. The service was quite slow, but i must admit that with the number of people there, a fast service would have been a surprise. Since there is no separations between table, that make that place noisy.I really like my plate and will surely come back to taste other plates. I was very pleased by my experience. The only thing is that i will return when i will have a lot of time for my lunch. This place is in my top 3 of restaurants in St-Jean."

"This is just another fast food restaurant. The seafood selections are OK but could be better with larger portions. I have had the lobster roll & was not impressed. Lots of lobster but very dry; could use a little more mayo or better still, cold slaw dressing? The fish & chips are good but, again, a little larger portions would be better. There is no table service so if you are looking to be waited on, better to try somewhere else."

"Moosoo is a small restaurant, in a small shop center, besides a convenience store on St-Jean st. The outside doesn't do justice to the inside. Of course not a palace, but a little trip to asia. Small tables, just besides the food preparation area. The...menu is complete. Sushis, tempuras, bentos, kimchi. The cook knows her job, and the food is prepared on the spot. In addition to giving a special ambience, many little asian-themed items are for sale, as well as drinks and snacks. Since the visuals tell a lot about the different sushis, the best reference is to look a their actual web page. (www.moosoosushi.com) We've been there three times and the food quality is consistent. This is good news. I can only hope that such a small number of tables is enough to let them earn their living and stay open for a while."

"We recently ordered a take out dinner from Amir in Griffentown based on a friend's recommendation.We were really looking forward to it but when the order was delivered it was not at all what we expected. The variety of dishes per each of the three trays were all mixed together so each dish ended up being a jumbled up mess.I would never order from them again."
