"Super balade à la tour de gourze depuis le lac hier. Nous arrivons sur la terrasse du restaurant ou l'on nous ignore complètement. Enfin assis, nous demandons si il est possible de manger car il est déjà 15 heures. La serveuse, plus victime que responsable de l'ambiance très tendue qui règne sur place, nous annonce que la cuisine est fermée parce que "il y a trop et qu'ils ont pete les plombs" Nous prenons donc un café et deux tranches de gâteau. Puis d'autres clients se font eux servir à manger. Impossible de communiquer dans ce restaurant. Quand ce n'est pas l'accueil glacial ( je me suis déjà fait mal accueillir le matin - l'heure ne semble pas être en cause) il faut se battre pour avoir ce que l'on a commandé. J'aimerais un retour de la direction pour comprendre leur vision. Pourquoi agrandir la terrasse alors que la cuisine ne suit pas? Le service mériterait lui aussi des ressources supplémentaires - à moins qu'il ne faille changer le tout... en ne gardant que le decor? Franchement J'ai honte de l'accueil que certains établissements de mon pays offrent au visiteur, et e suis déçu!"
