"I had the wild Alaskan halibut which was to be served with roasted corn sauce, a spiced rub, jicama and Daikin with a soy and ginger reduction. Sounds yummy right? The dish that was served to me was a Cajun rubbed halibut which was slightly over done and almost too spicy to eat. The fish was in a bowl on top of a runny corn soup. There were a few shreds of jicama on top of the fish. The spiced rub totally overpowered every other flavor. No where did I taste soy or ginger. My friend said her salmon was delicious. The server offered to replace my halibut but we had already waited 30 minutes after our salad for our entree to be served. She did give us a complimentary dessert to compensate for the poor halibut entree."
