"Excellent tacos! We ordered two tacos per person plus guacamole and loved the tacos so much that we have ordered an extra! Our favorites were the chicken and the barbacoa. The prices were somewhat steep, but it is expected in a tourist city."

"The small gastropub overlooking the park. Friendly staff, great bar and extensive menu with a variety of offers. The white fish Ruben was excellent- black white fish, Swiss, thousand island dressing and Coleslaw with steakries on the side. We also tried the zucchiniries that were perfectly cooked. You're a bar with a nice offer of beer, wine and cocktails... the Bloody Mary looked great, maybe next time."

"I don?t like to complain, but this was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived for lunch at 11:25, waiting 20 mins to be seated. That was understandable for a Saturday. But after being seated , we waited until 12:50 for our lunch. With ordering 2 omelettes,and a side of bacon and side of links for the kids, why in the world would it take over an hour for that food. Once the foodcame it was not even cooked completely. My daughters links were pink and not cooked as well. The Waiter apologized and removedthe omelette of the bill. But it was not worth the wait. Very disappointed."

"My family loves Bywater Cafe!! Annie is proud that her food is fresh, fair and always to order. It grieves me to see negative reviews that it “cut too many hands fry’s” or “bland”, or that it would be a “concession stand”... .or that Annie or her staff would be considered “racist” that could not be further from the truth) Annie has young children working for them, for many of them it is the first job and I have never been unkindly treated by one of them. Annie not only runs this café, but also ensures that the throw is picked up not only on its terrace but also on the beach. Simple rules for life during the visit... Be friendly to the staff not destroy their property No smoking on the terrace Pretty easy!! Bywater cafe Staff Annie, don't worry about the small comments left by angry, titled customers. Who knows what this is for a great place is coming back."

"Everyone has to eat here. We sat on the water near the train bridge. Ate Whitefish Sandwich and Fritten, OH SO GOOD. I have no photos of the record, but it was a sweet presentation."
