"Good service, terrible food. We ordered chicken fajitas and tacos. The chicken did not taste good, I don?t doubt it was fresh but it was unpleasant, below par. The chopped tomato was way off, as it hasn?t been properly handled. The tacos were ok but not great, not even close to a good Mexican taco, maybe since it?s a Tex-Mex place is not supposed to taste like a Mexican taco, but their recipe is disappointing. The manager was understanding and did not charge us for the fajitas since we barely touched the dish."

"Great cozy spot on Broadway in Greenlawn. Very nice decor, even with the plexiglass dividers. Food was excellent. The mozzarella de fresca had a nice balsamic drizzle. Rocket arugala salad had that beet and goat cheese combo that goes so well together. Just the slightest bit of dressing so as not to over power the flavors. The crispy duck was amazing. The apricot glaze was perfect. My wife had the chicken Gismonda, there was enough for 2 meals, which is just what happened. The short ribs didn't stand a chance with my friend. The hot antipasta for two had some great tastes and textures. There was enough of the veal scallopini for 2 meals as well the sauce over pasta was terrific. I would highly recommend Ruvo. Cheers"

"I guess we maybe the seafood would have been better to get? but the roll on my burger was very stale and the minced green cabbage on top of my sandwich was really bitter and dry. Cant just put cabbage in a processer and spoon it on top, needs some mayo? Lemon? Something to bind it? Nothing great"

"My Girlfriend made me order in from Showwin, My daughter has Celiac and Japanese food is one of her favorites due to the fact most dishes can be made Gluten Free. When I picked up my order, I asked for some Gluten Free soy sauce, most other Japanese Restaurants accommodate this and provide it free of charge, Showwin wanted to charge me $1 for it! I also ordered Fried Rice and requested they make it Gluten free by using Gluten Free soy sauce instead of the regular kind, again most restaurants make this accommodation, Showwin had the audacity to up charge me $1.It was a $85 take out order! When I brought it up with the manager they refused to take it off and tried to explain that the Gluten free soy was more expensive! I buy it all the time and the Price differential is minimal.This restaurant is not on the low end of the pricing scale and the fact that they want to charge for these minor changes is extremely disheartening!Their food is not so great that I cannot go to another restaurant that knows how to take care of their customers without Nickle and Dimeing them! I try to support our local restaurants but I refuse to be taken advantage of!"

"Me and 4 friends met up there for the first time as we had tickets to the Northport Theater. The drinks were great and the service was friendly , attentive and nice since we don't always get together. We ordered the giant pretzel, bacon wrapped dates and mozzarella sticks for appetizers to shore. They all were great. The pasta of day was a hit, so was the salmon, the skirt steak needed a little more seasoning but was cooked perfectly I order the Caesar salad and the grill calamari. The calamari was not great but over we had a nice time and will be back"
