"I was in your restaurant recently, and I think that'll be my last time. I work in customer service, so I try to give the staff Leniency when it's busy. There were two waiting employees, but even if it wasn't busy, it was impossible to get their attention. At first our waitress forgot to hit our appetizers, even after we mentioned it to the manager when he broke the wings. We waited for our appetizers for over an hour. When I dived my chip in the Spinat dip, I found a plastic film (the size of a shop purchased tub of Spinat dip) in diving! Great, now I know how you really prepared this bathroom. We talk to the manager, send it back, and just ask it, the bill we don't want, a second remade order of it. If we finish our mediocre meal with ridiculously inconspicuous service, we ask for the bill. First, the spinach dip was not removed. The server takes the input back before I could check the rest. She comes back and I find that the half price wings were applied only to 3 orders, not 4 despite ordering 4 drinks. I get her attention after 10 minutes to save her and explain the situation. She says she'll fix it. 15 minutes later, she didn't fix it. She goes by the table and tells me the manager will be with us soon. I'm waiting patiently. 15 minutes have passed and the manager seems to have no intention of seeing us. I'm going to the manager to explain the situation to him and he had no idea about the problem! No communication between the staff and the manager!! I'll tell him we don't want to wait until he fixes it. I calculated what the bill should be and prepared the exact amount of money we owe. I'll give it to him and tell him to fix the bill himself. I'm not waiting anymore. And then I left. I tried. I tried to be patient and understand. I even tipped them a little, because I understand it was more business than they probably expected. But the quality of my food was not good enough to release the quality of my experience. At no point did the manager take control of my frustration to offer me a discount for my problems. At no point have I understood that my time is also important. We have dined over 2 hours if it could have been only 1 and think with a toddler and a child. I'm sure the staff was really nice people who just didn't have training. But unfortunately I don't think I'm returning to wild wings because the food had been prepared."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have been to this place a few times and every single time I ended up very disappointed. First, the service is bad, I always feel very rushed to order, even before I've decided the staff already scoped stuff into the container. Second, the portion size is very very small. Unfortunately, this is the closest Bourbon for me. They always give me only ONE scope of meat! Its overpriced for that little meat. Other Bourbon would scope at least two spoonful. This place has always been very cheap, even if you go there before their closing. They would rather keep their food than to give you more than one scope of meat. So very cheap."

"Extremely filthy restaurant space. When I visited mid day, the garbage was overflowing and spills everywhere. I only ordered a Large coffee and I noticed a short old lady cleaning the coffee counter with a bleach solution. She then proceeded to reach in to the ice tray with the same gloves and put ice in to someones ice coffee order. When I confronted this lady about this, all I got back was attitude about how she worked there for 10+ years. I even spoke with the supervisor and there was no action taken. The employee was just allowed to do whatever they wanted. Will not be going here again. Even the Walmart Associates describe this McDonalds as the worst managed one in that area and they instantly knew who I was talking about when I mentioned what had happened to me because theyve experienced the same kind of disgusting food safety standards from the same employee.My only regret was not taking pictures to add to this review.Dietary restrictions: Eat here if you want ammonia poisoning with your morning coffee"
