"Pizza Tre Evolution...What can I say? If not Wow! It's a discovery and I'm happy about it! Got here by accident on one of my usual rounds at unusual times. As often happens to me, I decide to go out when hunger starts to bite. It's a weekday, maybe that's why there's only me in the club. But to tell the truth, it doesn't scare me: the waitress is kind and will pamper me, at least that's what I think, the pizza maker will devote himself to pizza with greater passion... and in fact... this is exactly what happens. The restaurant is very large, undoubtedly more suitable for groups and small groups than for a couple in love. Furnishing tending towards essentiality. I take a seat at one of the tables. I order an Ichnusa beer and choose a pizza. Number 11 inspires me a lot...I decide it will be mine: white, mozzarella, honey, pepper and bacon. The pizza comes quickly.
