"There were only 2 people working yesterday around 2 p.m. and they were swamped and out of several items, but the lady who took our order was very nice, calm apologetic. We need more people like her in this world! And that reminds me: be patient with those in the restaurant service industry at this time of year be sure to thank them for their service. "Was unsure when we walked in because it's a loud bar. However the food was amazingly good and so was the service. Salmon, steak, fries all delicious, nachos, fried green tomotoes. Had all 3 desserts and all were great. Excellent value if you are not wanting a quiet evening. Mostly younger crowd, which we weren't but they made us feel so welcome."

"I usually have a good experience here. However, today I was trying to order my usual order– a large chamomile tea– and the man on register misunderstood me. I was trying to be polite, as I knew English was not his first language, and asked for the mint tea I was mistakenly given to be swapped for chamomile, and the woman making drinks rudely declared that I ordered mint, and argued with me when I insisted that I did not. She did eventually get me the correct drink, but not without loudly complaining so that she could be heard across the lobby. I even tipped them $5 prior to all this, regrettably. Awful service today."

"Today I have learned that this little gem is right on the road from my favorite drug! great coffee, fast and friendly staff. report to the door that needs masks. quiet inside, with a sweet and quirky atmosphere. also seats in the free side of the walkway. the menu gave great, helpful descriptions of the drinks options for us non-crackers. you cortado was delicious. I will definitely come back to watch her menu."

"Beautiful place to breakfast and was perfect near our air bnb. the hostess was quick to sit and waitress was right on her heels with much needed coffee! the lemon and blueberry compott pancakes were excellent! and not as hard as most pancakes can be. also the eier benedikt were wonderful. eier were perfectly cooked! the spk and eiersandwich was also delicious! we ordered a cinnamon roll for the table and it was, hands down, the best ever. the cinnamon was well mixed with butter and the roll was shed with the cream cheese frosting! so glad that we ordered it! would highly recommend this place. you can't do anything wrong!"
