"Very good food especially the curry beef rice. Very poor service as only one old lady server and her memory is not good and like to talk. She will stand there ask about my daughter's school life while people stand and wait to order and be seated. ... there were empty tables."

"Grabbed lunch here with a good friend on his solid recommendation, and my eagerness to try out another authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the hood. Thai Son is known for its rice dishes, and in that regard, it didn't disappoint I had the #46 (rice plate with chicken, pork and fried egg) with a half order of fried spring rolls (because I just HAD to have more food). The dish came with a lemongrass sauce that complemented the meat very nicely, as did the fried egg with the surprisingly well seasoned rice. Dining room decor was surprisingly upscale, clean and simple. Service was friendly and prompt. Looking forward to my next visit and to trying more of what Thai Son had to offer.<br/ <br/ P.S. 10% off the entire menu on Tuesdays. For those of you that are budget-conscious."

"Update: Come today and improve, the fish sauce is luscious, and the seafood noodle is great with the broth. Good job. delicious food at a very cheap price compared to the common ground, delicious spring rolls with Vietnamese flavor, I ordered com rib skin but only had ribs rice, the restaurant should improve the larger plate of rice will give customers a better experience ."

"Maybe I got lucky but the lemongrass chicken on vermicelli I ordered a couple of days ago was off the charts good, for food court dining, anyway. The crispy tender and juicy thighs were so flavorful and the sauce to drizzle over the dish delish. Lots of herbs and dijon etc. Big portion and reasonable price. I asked for another container of drizzle sauce (so many noodles) and was given one free. I can't stop thinking about this dish and will now eat it every time I'm at the airport. YUM!! Friend had beef and brisket pho and thought it was good, and I got her hubby to get my dish and he loved it, too."

"We our family were booked reserved for a Christmas Dec. 25, 2021 dinner at 3:15 because the lady I spoke told me that they're gonna close at 5. So, we adjusted our time. But when we came at 3:17pm they were closed. Very irresponsible, they didn't call me. We waisted our trip from East side. They don't know to take care their customers"

"First time and bad experience. Her cattle short ribs were completely infertile and were thrown out. The spring rolls were u derwhelming and at $5 per small roll it was worth it. The shrimp salad roll was the only item worth the price and...ok."
