"Honestly, not the best experience tonight. It turned out that they were only short employees. Nobody waited for the seat when we came in, but it took at least five minutes until someone noticed us and sat down. The hostess immediately delivered chips and salsa. It took a long time until the server came to our table that we placed our beverage order and Entree order simultaneously. She did what was necessary, but nothing extra. We were never offered a second basket of chips, although it was empty long before we got our food. Our drinks were empty before a refill was offered and I would like another one before we left. Interestingly, the cups for tea seemed to be bigger than the cups for soft drinks. The food was good and came in a reasonable time. The prices seemed to be a little cheaper than competitors, but also piece sizes seemed to be smaller. My husband and son could have eaten more."

"Excellent Mexican food by a local family. Great service even though short-staffed like so many restaurants. The servers are like family and get to know your food preferences as well as you. They know our family by name. We had 'A Little of Everything ', a combo with a burrito and taco, and chicken fajitas. All was excellent! We go to this restaurant at least once a week."

"I think this place is delicious. I ate for the first time in three years and only the second kitchen in this time both last month. We enjoyed ALWAYS eating here, and the portions are just as good and the prices are basically the same in these times of rising prices, some of them are just Gouging and politicians. San Francisco Jose remains one of our favorite places along with close and convenient. Parking can be hard, but this just tells you that other people also think it is excellent food and excellent value that is a great combination for customer satisfaction, the NUMBER ONE priority of ALWAYS. KUDOS to SAN JOSE!"

"Excited about the new Chipotle near me just went down the drain. Not a very clean establishment. I ask for the manager and it took him over ten minutes to come to the front. I pointed out how dirty everything looked including the nasty floors. I told him the employees should be cleaning as they go. He only made an excuse saying that they wipe it down every ten to fifteen minutes. I told him that I had not seen anyone wiping it down since I got there and that I had been standing in line for over twenty minutes. He thanked me but still made excuses. I told him that it wasn't a good look. I also informed him that I have a video how everything looked and I parted my way. Great disappointment Chipotle. ?"

"Was craving some Taco Bell but was hesitant to stop at this location considering all of the bad reviews. But to my surprise it was very good good service fresh food came out in a timely manner. I'm guessing they must have new management because everything was great at this visit. Even the inside was nice and clean you could tell that they cleaned on cleaned off the tables after people left"

"Like Chipotle but way better!!! The servings specifically the double meat is worth the extra pay. The customer service was amazing and explained all the different toppings and extra sauces that are available. Plus you have to love the charging stations at every table. I recommend sitting at the best seat in the house!!! You’ll see it when you walk in. I can no longer in good conscious eat at Chipotle knowing this place is this close!!!! Great place to bring the family and for a quick bite at lunch time."
