"Wedding Cake. My wedding cake was AMAZING. The owner, cake artist, and I sat down to discuss my wedding cake vision, and the result was phenomenal. I wanted to incorporate my vast collection of antique costume jewelry in to my cake design and was delighted with the final product. I am an off beat kind of gal and wanted a truly unique wedding cake, and my desire was fulfilled. My guests were super impressed with the cake's beauty and its deliciousness. "I've stayed here 2 other times and absolutely loved it. This time, everything was a terrible experience. Booking the room, getting the room to cool down and no host available for help. The bartender was awesome, trying to help and I am thankful for that. I would not recommend staying here until they are managed properly."

"We (8 people) went to Charterhouse on Friday, 9 July 2021. We celebrated 2 medical students and their White Coat ceremony. The food was excellent! Most of us had the perch or the halibut for the main course. So delicious! In addition, the waitress and waitress were attentive and friendly. Our glasses were not empty, and (I suppose) the manager came to check us too. Thanks to staff and chefs who made this day especially perfect for my family and friends. We're coming back!"

"Worst customer service and the most unprofessional condescending management I ever ever dealt with. I’d like to know what qualifies her as a manager because she failed miserably. The “dinner salad” fit in the palm of my hand, did not even come close to looking like the picture on the menu, and with the bacon and egg that I added on this little snack cost me $11. It was called a dinner salad and put right by the main menu salads on the menu. The meal, if you could call it that, was definitely a side salad but it was not listed under side salads. The salad that was included with our monster burger was actually larger than this meal. With that being said, the real issue here is we called the restaurant thinking perhaps a mistake was made. This conversation could’ve gone entirely different but instead the rude, disrespectful “manager “made this a situation that lost a lot of customers. I put her on speakerphone and the conversation was recorded and Sadly, this local establishment has lost six families of customers that eat at this Red Robin at least once a month."
