"I'm not a picky person, but my God. Cockroaches on the stairs, dirt on the toilet, hair in AND on the toilet, hair in bed, dirt on the mirrors, fingerprints on everything. Gray smell. The spa and restaurant are both permanently closed, even if they advertise as both under their amenities. What a really strange and disgusting time."

"Only been coming bout one a month... Everytime something is wrong on the order or missing. I pay for the extras I don't get regularly. And I am tired of it. Asked for cheese on the eggs... Nope asked for fruit didn't get it... Called about the fruit but since I had returned to work it wasn't so easy to jus go back for the fruit... I really understand that there is staffing shortages. But can employees work together to make sure all orders come out right and are packed and bagged up right. I hope things improve. Denny's use to be a fav for me and my family."

"I just ordered a three piece dark chicken from the drive thru. It came with a biscuit. I took it home and the first thing I noticed was that the chicken was a lot darker than usual. I bit into it and it was like biting into pebbles. It was extremely hard. The meat inside was dried out. It was obviously way over cooked. The biscuit was also way over done. It was like sawdust. I am surprised that they would serve something like that. I would have been embarrassed."

"This was almost a year ago. I was ordering off the app like I usually did. I had stopped using the app after this incident. I had visited New Mexico location over the weekend from Texas. So when I was done with my order I didn't realize I ordered from the wrong location until it was finalized that I had gotten the old location from where I was in NM. I called and they canceled my order. And I called back to bc I forgot to ask how long is it going to take to get my refund. These people did not answer my calls. And when they finally answered it was nothing but a LOUD beeping sound of the toaster machine. The beep was so loud and unexpected and done on purpose. I never forgot about the rudeness I received from that Subway store ever. I never used the app again and still never gone to a Subway again. Hire young high school kids you get young high School behavior."
