"In response to my friend's review and the answer the owner has made available? no drunk person in the kitchen, no one was removed from the kitchen. The only intoxicated person was the person who works. Blue rooster owner has not attempted to correct the situation. No excuses for charging us for things that were not available. No food to replace the money we paid. They were not able to reimburse us in place of sale, they did not claim how to reimburse on the credit card machine and could not open their cash register. The owner has not even apologized or offered the refund. We will be forced to file a charge back and report this fraud to our bank. I tried to go back yesterday to see if someone could help us sober and they didn't even open it. This is so unacceptable and wild unprofessional. Blue Rooster should NOT be in business. We could perhaps forgive ourselves if the entrepreneur showed any repentance, but her answer is quite open bull. Save your time and money and eat literally everywhere in Portland. If my friend had not returned to close the friteuse because the 2 line went boiled out and give up on the spot, and the manager (which is probably the owner, the most contaminated part of this situation was to intoxicate, the place could have burned on the ground. "Went in looking forward to eating a nice sandwich and picked my order up. Upon getting into my vehicle and heading somewhere to park and eat I took a bite and looked down to see a roach in my sandwich. I about threw up I was so DISGUSTED! I immediately went back and the gentleman that was there had locked up early so I knocked on the door and he came out and I said there's a roach in my sandwich! He proceeded to argue that it was an olive and I threw the sandwich on the counter and showed him the legs and antennas. He went mute and gave me my money back but failed to give me his name or the franchise owners number. I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY HAVE AN INFESTATION!"

"Staff is super friendly every time I come in or drive through. Service is fast and accurate. Food is pretty good as far as Burger King food goes, and the place is kept clean.
