"Breakfast is lovely, loads to choose from and the staff were very helpful, Daniela especially. Dinner was different the room was freezing and the courses were served very fast as if they wanted us to get out asap. No bread for the table to start. The goats cheese souffle was awful, like a rubbery quiche. The braised beef was nice but the accompanying veg very bland and it was wrapped in two soggy cabbage leaves that absolutely stank. We were not advised that the bottles of what we thought was tap water had a charge. The waitress did not check if anyone wanted to taste the wine, just poured 6 full glasses. The manager told us on arrival that there was no booking for us despite reserving it back February as part of a package. But there was a table set for 6 and plenty of other tables empty so I don't know why a big deal was made of it."

"Early bird menu for 14 people booked in early November €25 per person for Tuesday 10 th December. On arrival we were informed that meals would be €35 for 2 course and we were not very happy about this. Then we were informed that we would have to.finIsh by 9 pm as table was booked for another group. We reluctantly ordered and waited patiently for food to arrive. When it eventually arrived we were very disappointed with portion sizes. We asked for extra portions of veg and chips but our request fell on deaf ears. We departed at 9pm and we will not be returning."
