"Talk about going above and beyond... Without going into details we had a situation present itself, one that wasn't the fault of us or Chipotle, but they made it their problem, stepped up and made it right, all on their own accord!!! That is what customer service is all about..."

"Feels like home. My wife and I and another couple have been frequenting Cristina 's in McKinney since the day they opened. There are stretches that we are there at least once a week. The atmosphere is freindly, the staff ALWAYS courteous and attentive. The margaritas are absolutley the BEST. Having traveld to Mexico several times on cruises, one would think thatwe would have found better margaritas...but NO, when we return, we stop at Cristina 's on the way home from the airport or our trip just to enjoy the best margarita in the world.<br/ <br/ While I personally think that the food choices and/or taste may be better elsewhere at times, the feeling of being 'home ' more than compensates for it. (Maybe it 's just a case of wanting something a little different in taste) <br/ <br/ In McKinney, Jorge and Lisa (the managers) are top notch. Always attentive to all their customers, Never a problem with the wait staff."
