"Have been to the Dil dozens of times and multiple takeaways but last night may be the last. Waited 2 and a half hours for meals to arrive and then only 5 out of 6 turned up. The sixth one arrived as the other five finished. No apology, no reduction. Shameful and very disappointing. Another table of 12 walked out after 2 hours because no food was delivered"

"After having a poor meal a month ago thought I them would give benefit of the doubt and try again. OMG Chicken Dhansak tasted like someone had poured two pints of sugar in it, it was vile and after two mouthfuls threw it away, sag bhajee looked liked it had been cooked and then air dried, there was probably four spoonfuls and the tray was half full. Undercooked bhajees, ordered early obliviously got yesterday’s left over naan bread. 3 people’s dinner cost £43 If I had paid what it was worth I reckon 40p would be pushing it. This used to be the best Indian in benfleet years ago now probably the worst in the country."

"It was a delivery, we ordered online through village India restaurant, the meal costing more than £30 arrived an hour later, the food was awful, tasting partly of burnt or rancid oil, the pots of sauce I’m guessing were supposed to be mint sauces tasted sour split when poured on rice, the onion bhajis were so over cooked, a complete waste of money, never again!,!,,,,,,"
