"So I come to this McDonald’s quite often due to it closer to me . I normally wait forever and get no type of apology from higher up managers . I asked to speak to managers on different occasions and my concerns have gotten an I don’t care attitude . I’ve ran into a young polite helpful employee. I believe her name is Jarianna or something similar she’s always helpful and polite . But the managers need re training"

"Worst Ihop I've been there before. First came my order with the customers who came 10 minutes after us. But my niece and nephew food came 10 minutes later. My grottos were cold. I had wrinkles in my balls and on my bacon. He asked the manager and told me that the sprinkles probably come from the pancakes of my nephew."
