"This by far was the worst dining experience we have ever had. My wife I were celebrating our 17th anniversary and she was in the mood for Sea Bass and the “famous” lobster mashed potatoes she has heard such great things about. Our appetizers came out right away unfortunately the crab cakes I ordered were room temp at best. I didn’t complain they were edible. I ordered the duck by recommendation of our waitress and my wife ordered the sea bass. When the meals arrived the sea bass was cold, my duck was rubbery and at room temp, and the lobster mashed potatoes didn’t have a piece of lobster in them, more like lobster flavor. We sent the sea bass back, which in finer dining establishments would normally mean a NEW piece of fish, came back the same piece only on a warm plate. Once again we sent the fish back. In the mean time I’m eating alone. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and walked away not waiting to see if the meal was not to satisfaction. Again still only room temp. Sent this piece back only to receive 2 thin pieces of new fish 10 min later, by now I have finished my mean and my wife was full eating the broccoli and lobster flavored potatoes so we packed the fish to take home. They did take the sea bass off our bill, so it only cost me $78.00 to have my wife watch me eat on our anniversary. Inexcusable for the kind of money they charge for the meals!"

"They never work the posted hours. On their website and posted on the door it says they close at 8. I go in to place an order at 7:15 but they have stopped taking orders. Not the first time I was disappointed with this establishment. Would go down the street to another fish joint but they have horrible customer service. Looking for a new place to go in Southfield"
