"I bought a vegan pizza from these guys yesterday. Ate only the crust when the middle soaked in fat it was unusable. Today my skin still feels fat. If only waited over 20 minutes after the transfer of money was informed, I would have known that I had gone to another food provider. Pizza took 45 minutes so I missed the act I came to see. Ends until the event leaves because I felt so disgusting that I was covered with fat. After cooking, instead of excess oil from the vegan cheese, the manufacturers pour even more so that the pizza literally floats on the paper plate. He was told 's good quality oil as if it somehow makes it less revolting, faced with a platelet-shaped pure fat."

"This is slightly higher than the usual pub lunch with strong white napkins. There were a number of really nice vegan options for the main. We had the vegan option of mother roast Sunday roast dinner and it was the most beautiful meal we had in a long time. Only two choices for dessert, but the elder with sorbet was very delicious. Ask for tap water we got bottled water that cost us £4.50 and it had been imported from Italy! I was hoping they took this out of the account when I complained, but they didn't, so I took a star this time."

"Spent a couple of hours on the 7th March in the afternoon in here after hiking Stanage Edge in some ropey conditions. Looked like really nice food so came back for breakfast on the 8th before heading back to London. Had the 10 piece breakfast and it was pukka!!! However I was sold on this cafe (and the amazing outdoor shop downstairs) by the picture of Alex Honnold having breakfast there, on the wall as you walk in. Any cafe good enough for the greatest ever climber is good enough for me.The quality of the food is very good, and it was pretty quick also in coming out. Reasonably priced considering the quality! The shop downstairs is all really high spec stuff and I dropped £200 on a new North Face jacket before I left, always the danger of having a really great walking shop below a really great cafe when you are a Walker, the bank account takes a hammering.Cant recommend this place enough. Would defo go back to Hathersage and this cafe shop."

"The food was nice, but hoped more on the menu. there is no menu on the outside of the pubs or on the website, so this could be an improvement. we only got the menu when we were sitting, eating was a good standard, if not a little expensive. the server behind the bar seemed a little short-tempered and was a little pushy when you took the food order. but the waitress with a great setting was very nice."
