"No greeting. Asked for table on the terrace. You said no. There were 3 open tables. We asked again, they agreed that it was a pain. Had to ask for everything. Even the drinks we ordered. And more water. Tomato basil soup tomato sauce. Never was asked how our food was. Terrible service. Never seen a server more than once. Someone delivered the food. About simple eggs were like rubber. Never seen eggs like that. Will never go to an First Watch again. First experience, last experience. Shame children. 0 stars. Waited the list on their website. They said we didn't use it. Why do you have it on the website."

"Overall, it was a nice night for us. I requested a window seat to see the water but we received a message an hour and a half before we arrived saying that we couldn't see the sunset from the window (not the point of why I asked for a window seat). Nevertheless, after we were seated, I requested if, at the next opportunity, that we could be seated closer to the water and the hostess was nice enough to accommodate us. The food was good, not excellent, but my girlfriend asked for her steak to be cooked medium and it came out well done. We alerted the server but at that point we just wanted to eat. They offered a complementary dessert but nothing looked enticing. So point of the story is a $58 steak should be cooked to the proper liking. Mistakes happen. We understand, but not something we would ever go back to dine to. Too many fumbles in our opinion."

"Very special to be there. Had a great outdoor table. Only problem was one guest had to send the grouper back as was too tough? Could not cut thru it with a table knife. Other dinners were good. Not sure why the sidewalk tables had tablecloths but the porch tables did not? Missed that final touch"
