"Wir hatten uns zwar die Bewertungen angeschaut, wollten uns aber ein eigenes Bild machen. Als wir rein kamen machte alles einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten für 6 Personen um 19 Uhr reserviert. Der Tisch war bereit und als dann alle da waren, haben wir uns die Karten angeschaut. Die ersten Getränke gingen schnell, von mir und meiner Freundin weil wir als erstes da waren, die anderen mussten schon recht lange warten. Nach knapp 25 Minuten wurden wir dann auch nach den Essen gefragt, jeder von uns zwei Tapas und ein Hauptgericht. Nach etwa 1 Stunde wurden wir langsam etwas unruhig und haben angefangen uns zu unterhalten wegen der noch fehlenden Vorspeisen. Die Bedienungen haben das offenbar mitbekommen, denn eine junge Dame kam an den Tisch und sagte es ginge gleich los. Trotzdem dauerte es noch über 15 Minuten bis die ersten Tapas kamen. Es gab auch sofort Verwirrung, denn von drei verschiedenen Personen waren die Tapas ohne Absprache auf eine Platte gepackt. Wir mussten erst mal schauen wem was gehört, bekamen auch keine Teller und auch keine Erläuterung was das jetzt war. Nur durch probieren kamen wir drauf was alles auf der Platte war. Es dauerte auch über 10 Minuten bis alle ihre Vorspeisen hatten. Nach den Tapas beichtete uns die Bedienung dass sie entschieden hatte die Tapas auf eine Platte zu packen, worauf wir nur zu ihr meinten, dass sie das ohne Nachfrage nicht machen kann, weil niemand mehr wusste wem was gehört. Die Tapas mussten wir leider als Fertigware identifizieren, was es um so unverständlicher machte, dass es über eine Stunde dauerte, bis sie am Tisch waren. Man hätte das innerhalb von 10 Minuten locker schaffen können. Die Hauptgerichte dauerten leider danach nochmal 45 Minuten, was definitiv zu lange ist. Die Hauptspeisen waren dann auch ganz gut, nur leider in der Mitte teilweise kalt. Mit den Hauptgerichten haben wir noch einen Caipi und zwei Cola bestellt, diese Getränke haben wir dann leider abschreiben müssen, da sie noch 15 Minuten nach dem Essen nicht kamen. Wir haben dann die Rechnung bestellt und getrennt gezahlt. Als ich hörte was jeder gezahlt hatte, hatte ich ein komisches Gefühl. Rechnungsbetrag 116,10 Euro hatte ich gesehen, zusammengerechnet hatten wir ohne Trinkgeld aber 123,30 Euro bezahlt. Das wollten wir nachprüfen und baten darum noch einmal mit der Rechnung zu kommen, doch nach fast 15 Minuten bin ich an die Theke und bat die Chefin zu uns zu kommen. Sie rechnete kurz nach und stellt fest, 7,20 Euro wurden zu viel abgerechnet, wir bekamen dann sogar 7,50 Euro zurück und jeder einen Erdbeerleimes. Mit der Kritik ist die Chefin gut umgegangen, aber so viele Fehler dürfen nicht passieren. Auch dass die Bedienungen kreuz und quer laufen, alleine 3 verschiedene an unserem Tisch, zeugt nicht von guter Organisation. Leider zieht es uns nicht mehr dort hin."

"Hello, here's another experience. 3 years ago this visit was already in the Habanero hosting was already a catastrophe, but I never thought it would be possible. so drinks ordered and then two eat rollo torn. after half an hour the second drink ordered. After 45 minutes they had eaten at the table next to us, but had been ordered for us for a long time. then I asked the waitress where our food remains! I thought I was in the wrong movie. I asked how long it would take if we order again. She said half an hour. that should be a sweat I thought was because we had waited 45 minutes. I can only say that the last ones have no view through the service in the kitchen and this whole process we had three years ago! we were finally the last time. can't recommend the last!"
