"Wir haben das Restaurant aufgrund der Habilitation meiner Frau aufgesucht, um dies gebührend zu Zweit zu feiern. Dies haben wir in unserer Reservierungsanfrage auch entsprechend hinterlegt. Zu unserer Enttäuschung hat dies vom Personal niemand gelesen, entsprechend gab es weder einen Kommentar noch sonst ein nette Überraschung, die wir in weit weniger gehobenen Häusern meistens antreffen. Wir mussten sehr lange auf den Gruss aus der Küche warten (ca. 45 min), zuvor gab es nur das bestellte Wasser und den Champagner. Es wurde kein Brot gereicht, obwohl das entsprechende Besteck und Geschirr auf dem Tisch stand. Wir wählten jeweils das grosse Menü mit begleitenden Weinen. Die Weine wurde äusserst knapp, fast schon geizig, eingeschenkt. Die Bedienung schenkte nicht nach, auf Anfrage wurde der Nachschank zusätzlich berechnet. Das Essen selbst war, mit Ausnahme der Popcornbeimengungen, sehr gut.Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht maximal befriedigend, da der Service in keinem Falle die Erwartungen erfüllen konnte.So geschehen am 29.10.2016"
