But also the mussels themselves were of apt cooking degree and disappeared extremely quickly with satisfied grunts (ok, without grunts; in our mouths. I didn't take it completely, even at the risk of premature saturation, by means of spoons and other rolls, to swallow a good part of the sauce. That was a fine start.
