"Best spot in Avila area for on the water views of seals sea otters! Just a short walk down the pier but there is some (very little) parking on the pier?s end if you need to drive. Easy seating inside or out. Seafood dishes were delicious and vibe is very chill and relaxing. We had crab cakes, Crab Louie salad, and blackened fish dishes. This is a must-try place!"

"We thought it was a late drink and dessert. Yum! We sat and served quickly and the hot apple cake pack could be the most delicious dessert we ever had! Very recommended. The Ocean Collins Drink is what I like to call a spa water drink. It is a refreshing cocktail with cucumber and mint and feels perfect for the beach."

"I don't know when I have been treated with more courtesy, respect, hospitality than on Christmas Eve morning brunch. Not to mention at least 8 different compliments from your staff and patrons alike for my purple ensemble. I was sending out photos of my lobster Benedict and it got cold, so asked for it to be microwaved, here, they remade a new plate and it was lovely. I hope to make this a yearly tradition, and, when my BFF comes for a visit from Camarillo, I shall take her up to the Cliffs' as well. Thank you all for such a lovely dining experience!"

"My husband, my 3 month old baby and I ate dinner at Fat Cats and the food and service from everyone there was fantastic. Our server, Martin, was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. He was so friendly, attentive, and gave us great food recommendations. When we arrived, they offered to seat us outside and brought us a heater so we’d feel comfortable on a chilly evening. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!"

"My son and I were very excited to eat here. We had made reservations and showed up about 5 minutes early and was asked if we wanted a table or booth... we said a booth. We were sat at a table instead of the booth we asked for and upon saying something about it we were told it would be a much longer wait but was not even given the choice to begin with. We decided to sit at the table and order some drinks and the Cheers Platter for 2. This platter had many components and unfortunately my son was eating one of the pieces of the basic roll and found plastic in the roll and actually ingested it and also spit some out. Upon showing the waiter this plastic he asked if we wanted them to remake the roll, we chose not to due to him already have eaten the plastic. When he took the dish away he also took the roll that wasn't part of the issue which we still had to pay for. They did take off some money for the issue with the plastic but it really wasn't enough compensation for what had inspired. Probably won't be going back."
