"I came here for the first time on Sunday, March 20th, 2022. I ordered take out the basics California rolls, the BAO, and Gyosas. To begin, when I went to pick up my food after 30 minutes the waiter was all over the place he didn't even know how to print my bill, the restaurant was empy by the way. My biggest mistake was not checking my order when I received it because it was completely wrong. I ordered shrimp and chicken BAO I got beef and breaded Chicken BAO, the Gyosas tasted horrible the crab tasted like dish washing liquid. I'm sorry but the food was awful and the service was equally terrible. We tried messaging them just to explain the situation so it doesn't happen to anyone else. They decided to ignore it. If you want to better your business and service it's best to probably listen to your customers since they are the ones giving you business and keeping your business afloat. I will never return to this restaurant I would not recommend it to anyone. This was the Hanashi on Parque 93 a very new location."
