"Dans un environnement pas vraiment folichon (bord de route près d'une zone d'activité), ce restaurant porte en fait au moins 3 noms à la même adresse : "La cabane du Pêcheur", l'"Alchimie" et l"Albizia". La façade porte le nom de L'Alchimie (en ce moment ?)... On se demande pourquoi ! On ne comprend pas grand chose, chaque enseigne proposant apparemment des menus différents... ou communs... et très chers : de 32,00 à 85,00 euros sur les sites mais pas nécessairement sur place où les prix affichés fluctuent selon les jours.... En réalité, les prix peuvent être divisés par deux (de 85 à 45 euros) sans qu'on en comprenne vraiment le mécanisme. Ce qui est certain, c'est que l'achat par l'intermédiaire de Groupon est à éviter puisque vous obtenez les mêmes avantages sur place et que, de plus, on ne vous sert pas obligatoirement ce que vous laisse entendre Groupon !!! A vous de négocier.En ce qui concerne la cuisine, elle est très bonne. Le Chef honore sa prétention de proposer une cuisine gastronomique. Le décor est beau, le service très correct même si parfois un peu long. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct si vous négociez le bon prix sans intermédiaire.En conclusion, restaurant à retenir pour sa cuisine à condition de voir directement avec lui pour les menus et les prix."
