"People with needs hang outside in the parking lot (homeless, substance addicts). Place looks outdated and appears it could use a heavy clean. Heard the crew call out “Whopper” about 5 times. Meaning no one was processing my order. There were just 2 customers (me and other). The other customer was still deciding on what to order. Fries luke warm. Burger same. Food was not horrible but not the food quality I’m used to from Burger King.On the upside, the crew there were decent. No behavior problems to report."

"The worst arbys I've ever been to. the drive through the control loudspeaker is right before entering the restaurant. the whole interieur smells like a herrenurinal. the floors are covered in falling foods, dust and dirt. the counters are sticky, the tables are not wiped. the food and customer service are the only passable things about this location. I'd rather skip lunch than ever eating again."

"I thought the ambiance was awesome! The brews were very unique and delicious! The bartender was awesome and talked about how the beers were made. She seemed to really enjoy what she was doing. The burger was very tasty. I live 3 hours away, but it was nice to stop in and try the brews, along with being in such a unique and historic place."

"Well things have changed since Covid here......you now order at the bar. You pay and tip there too. The menu is much smaller. Drinks you pick up at the end of the bar....you are given a number for your table. Food is brought to you from the kitchen. Its still delicious! The home-made 1800 recipe beers are still the best!! (The beet beer is my favorite)..... and the best part is......no waiting for the check! You already paid! I really like that part"

"I was excited to try this today.. tried to order online at 1020 am (says they close at 1130 am) and then it said I couldn’t pick up until 8 am on Tuesday? Decided to drive 15 minutes there and just order at the truck.. waited for over 35 minutes in my car for the food to be done wasn’t really upset yet because I figured it would be really good.. the French toast was soggy and my bacon was barely cooked when I ordered it well done. there was SEVERAL pieces of hair on top of my box inside of the bag before even opening up the food.. also IN my food.. all in the uncooked bacon and even wrapped up inside of one of my fried eggs. Highly disappointed. Will not return!!!"

"I ordered 18 o'clock tonight. the window was beautiful and did a great service. but the cook is not. they added my quesadilla hot sauce, and I don't make hot sauce. it's really badly burned. also was not even cooked. the shredded cheese fell out. I asked for more sour looking on the side and they put them in it. If I wanted to eat an uncooked, I would have gone to a gas station. they added the 4 chilli beans burritos swirling. I've never added them. the worst service I've ever got from here. never back."
