"Moll’s fish and chips offers a gluten-free beer, which is sprinkled with muddy heaps and tartaric acid sauce. they assured me that all sides and dives are gluten-free and that a separate frit is used for the gluten-free foods. I have some concerns about cross-contamination, but since the food truck is quite small and most foods have flour-based ingredients. I'm not extremely sensitive to gluten, so if there were easy contaminating, I would probably not feel it. When I asked about milk for free, I was told that the garlic sauce had milk, because it was made with mayonnaise, which is made from eggs not milk anyway. that has not trusted that for the milk free, so I did not push any further. from a taste perspective it is beautiful and beautiful staff."
