"I am a regular customer at Koi and I have spent quite a bit of money over the years. I had the worst food and experience with the restaurant tonight. I ordered a large chicken fried rice and an order of crab Rangoon as I always do. Got the rice back home to Evansville and it was dry and overcooked. Wife called to explain and first excuses were given. Rice recipe was changed, etc. Later the man said that by was the only person to complain and he 'd been cooking all day. Truth is the rice sucked tonight and was overcooked or they used old oil or not enough oil or something. Wife thought they would replace the order later since we place online orders all the time, but it didn 't look like the individual she talked to wanted to do that. He was going to make us drive back to Henderson tonight to get a replacement order, then he later said it was 9:30PM and he was going home. He then hung up the phone. I called with my phone about 40 times, but no answer. I hope that the situation will get rectified, but I won 't hold my breath. I will just have to find a replacement establishment in Evansville or cook fried rice at home for myself. Ah well, you win some you lose some.Update:They did agree to replace the rice which made my wife feel better about the situation. The food is good, but things happen."
