"It’s honestly hilarious how bad the food is here. The chicken is super rubbery or barely cooked and the fries are always over cooked or undercooked. The delivery service is down right terrible. I ordered 2 medium fries at 10:30 am and didn’t get them till 12:00 pm. By time I got my fries they were cold and soggy. Customer service is poor as well. I called in to see if I can get a status and someone answered the phone and put me on hold for 30 minutes. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this location ever again. Customer service, delivery service, and food are terrible. Would give this location 0 out 5 stars but that’s not possible."
