Our server helped us choose wine, and was helpful in English with the French menu. Though formal, our server was personable and funny, and we enjoyed our dining experience very much! Each part of our meal was gorgeously presented and incredibly delicious. I think I could eat the foie gras de canard entrée every night and never tire of it! So many tastes to please the palate in one entrée!! My husband loved the sea bass entrée. The lamb for both of us with gnocchi was exceptional, as was the more than generous cheese plates. The meringue dessert was as delicious as it was beautiful. Extra chocolates to finish our meal were fabulous. We met the amazing chef who is so young but has been chef in major cities and restaurants. I do hope they receive the Michelin Star. They deserve it. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful French meal in such a beautiful setting. I 'm sure you could tell that we enjoyed our lovely night very much! I can see why people come from Paris all of the time. Les Premices is the Not to be missed restaurant of your visit! Hidden gem in small town Bourron."
